Terrace Tigers
Powerful Outcomes in Wellness, Education, & Recreation (POWER) is an after school program that has been recognized for excellence throughout Region 8 (Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, and Kern Counties). We’ve been invited numerous times to present at conferences across our region and state, and have been highlighted and visited by many different after school entities. We provide safe, effective, innovative, & engaging learning, nutrition, and physical activity programs for DUSD students in grades TK-8.

Ready, Set, Play!
Your child will engage in fun exploration through various learning centers. They will develop creativity, social emotional skills, cognitive thinking, and physical development skills!

Tiger Sports Clinic
Our Tiger Sports Clinic is designed to engage students through a step-by-step process to promote growth & development in a variety of sports. We will introduce students to a variety of sports so they may find their individual passion and gifts. Arts & Crafts
Students will learn fundamental drawing, painting, clay sculpting techniques and many creative crafts. Every class, they will explore a variety of art media like Watercolours, Acrylics, Oil Pastels, Chalk, Color Pencils, Pen and ink, Clay, Collages and many more through age appropriate creative projects. Students will be taught the elements of art and various art techniques through fun projects which they will cherish forever. Every season, they will be introduced to the works of great artists and art practices from around the world to enrich their knowledge on art history and inspire them to create their own masterpieces.

Game Club
A game club is a fun and engaging way for kids to develop strategic thinking, problem-solving, and social skills. The club can include a variety of games such as board games, card games, and logic puzzles. It encourages friendly competition and helps children learn the importance of rules, strategy, and critical thinking.
