Fremont Warriors
Powerful Outcomes in Wellness, Education, & Recreation is an after school program that has been recognized for excellence throughout Region 8 (Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, and Kern Counties). We’ve been invited numerous times to present at conferences across our region and state, and have been highlighted and visited by many different after school entities. We provide safe, effective, innovative, & engaging learning, nutrition, and physical activity programs for DUSD students in grades TK-8.

Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP)

Parents, please review the grade level and the time slot of the afterschool class before registering your student.
If your student’s first session begins AFTER 2:30 PM it will require your student to be picked up from school and then returned to school for their scheduled ELOP class, unless your student is enrolled in the regular P.O.W.E.R. program.

Little Artists
Spark your child’s imagination in a colorful world of creativity! Students will explore painting, drawing, sculpting, seasonal crafts, and hands-on art projects while making new friends and having fun. Every class is a new adventure where children can create, imagine, and proudly take home their own masterpieces!

Art & Crafts
Students will explore their creativity through fun, hands-on arts and crafts activities in a supportive and engaging environment. This course encourages imagination, self-expression, and problem-solving while helping students develop fine motor skills, creativity, and confidence. Students will use a variety of materials and techniques to create seasonal crafts, paintings, drawings, and other unique art projects. The focus is on having fun, learning new skills, and expressing creativity while working independently and collaboratively.

Scrapbooking & Painting- Capture Memories, Create Masterpieces.
Let your creativity shine in this colorful and expressive class where students will blend the art of storytelling with painting and design! In Scrapbooking & Painting, students will create beautiful, personalized scrapbook pages while also learning fun painting techniques to bring their memories and moments to life.

Rock Painting Meets STEAM Building!

Punch Needle Studio
Discover the art of punch needle embroidery! Students will learn how to transform colorful yarn into beautiful textured designs using a punch needle tool. DISNEY DIY
Disney DIY – Crafting Magic from Your Favorite Movies!
Step into the magic of Disney in this hands-on, creative class where imagination comes to life! In Disney DIY, students will design and create fun crafts inspired by their favorite Disney characters, movies, and magical moments. From Mickey ears and princess wands to Toy Story aliens and Encanto-themed art, every project brings a little Disney sparkle to the classroom.

Art class is where students can focus on building foundational art skills and exploring creative expression through various media. Students will learn about elements of art like line, shape, color, and texture, as well as principles of design like balance and contrast. In this class students will be able to choose the color, shape, material, cartoon character, or cute animal of their choice to build their beaded pen, pencil, or bracelet. Kids Yoga is a fun and engaging class that introduces students to basic yoga poses, stretching, breathing techniques, and mindfulness activities.
