Little Learners Literacy Lab is a fun, hands on intervention class designed to strengthen early reading skills. Students will practice letter sounds, phonemic awareness, CVC words, sight words, and beginning comprehension through engaging activities using Play Doh, beads, crafts, games, and other multisensory materials.

Being in the same classroom and sitting all day, like the students, I can understand the need to get up and go for a walk. Roaming Knights will be a walking club for students to walk around the track field and basketball courts. Walking is beneficial for destressing, building muscles, lowering body fat, and so much more! Students will just need to bring comfortable shoes to enjoy these benefits. And on days when we can't walk (rainy, extremely cold, extremely hot, etc.), students will watch a movie indoors.

Jewelry Club is a fun, hands-on enrichment program where students will explore their creativity through jewelry making and decorative crafts. Participants will design and create items such as bracelets, necklaces, earrings, keychains, and bedazzled accessories while learning basic crafting techniques and expressing their unique style. The club encourages creativity, fine motor skill development, problem-solving, and self-expression in a positive, collaborative environment. Students will have the opportunity to complete a variety of projects and take home their handmade creations throughout the session.

This after-school Science Fair class provides students with dedicated time, guidance, and support to develop and complete their science fair projects. Students will work through the different stages of the scientific process, including developing a research question, forming a hypothesis, planning and conducting an investigation, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing their final presentation. The teacher will provide individualized feedback, help students problem-solve, and support them in staying organized and on track. This class is designed to give students a supportive environment where they can build confidence, strengthen their scientific thinking, and create a science fair project they are proud to present.
