Del Vista Dragons

Powerful Outcomes in Wellness, Education, & Recreation (POWER) is an after school program that has been recognized for excellence throughout Region 8 (Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, and Kern Counties). We’ve been invited numerous times to present at conferences across our region and state, and have been highlighted and visited by many different after school entities. We provide safe, effective, innovative, & engaging learning, nutrition, and physical activity programs for DUSD students in grades TK-8.

Parents, please make sure to check the grade levels before registering. Please note that students that register for classes later than 2:30 pm will have to be picked up after school and dropped off for their class unless they attend the after school POWER program.

    Join us for some reading fun! You will be able to read with the teacher, with a partner, or on your own! There will be books available or you will be able to read on MyOn! You will also have the opportunity to quiz on the books you read, so that you can reach your AR goal..

    Del Vista Trending Live

    Be an ALPHA and join DV Trending Live where students will go around campus interviewing staff and students with some of the latest topics or trends for field work. They will also be collaborating in the classroom for upcoming topics to film as well as write and produce on paper/posters. Doing all of this will give y'all big time AURA around campus and may even make y'all the SIGMAS of DVMSA!
